I need sleep & need to know where to ask about switching from seroquel (short term, 7 days) back to doxepin for sleep.

Someone/Anyone if you have any idea as to what forum I should use to ask & go into detail of the crazy fkd' up place this seroquel/quetiapine has put me in & how to get out of it safely without going nuts.
(I've been through worse, but it was from my own decisions, not treatment given by a Dr.)
This has had my mind in worse shape [momentarily, couple hours] than "an opiate & benz wd mixed w/LOTS of ephedrine @ 50hrs w/no rest may cause"
Also really "off" or depressed? for a few hours at a time, out of nowhere. After 3-4or5 days with no real problems.
ANY input is appreciated.
Should I just put this in the "other drugs" forum ?
(I scanned over the forum rules & don't want to be an ass & double/duplicate post, so please point me in the right direction)
Also, sorry about the long rambling going in circles. Delirium is a hell of a drug.
