Need Guidance - Purchasing Micron filters for IV dilaudid use

Hi, everyone says that I should get micro filters for IVing dilaudid, but no one says where, how much or how many I would need. The place I use to get syringes sells them for too much for 22mu syringe filter, is this right? Who the hell can afford that amount for a filter for every single time they shoot? Am I missing something? For instance, do most people reuse them, am I looking at the wrong products? Or is there a cheaper place to order them?

Here's a copy and paste of the product I am referring to, not going to list which website this is from but I am sure you can find it on google:


Whatman 25 MM, PVDF Membrane, .20u pore size, sterile syringe filter.
Luer Lock. price too much (?!?!)

So if I IV twice a day I am looking at exorbitant prices per day, that's crazy.
