Need advice on what this was....

I am not an expert on psychedelic drugs as I stick with MDMA in moderation as my drug of choice, however, I had the most bizarre accidental trip of my entire life and I have done LSD 5 times. I need advice because it is strange. I thought I had bought some weed. It however looked like hash ( I do not buy it much ) I thought it was strange it did not have that distinct smell. ANyway I decided to meet my friends and had no time to make a joint, so I just ate some of it. Well 1 hour later I am feeling total Euphoria and I thought I had been spiked with mdma. I leave in my car and I am having LSD type experiances where I think I am at judgement - a world of 50/50 and here I am having voices tell me to drive into another car - I then hear a song on radio that says: " be part of the car crash" I panic and stop car on highway and get out onto the grass. I look at the moon and it is coming closer and closer to me.... The music is now talking about headlights and the moon turn into two headlights. I am freaking out like never before.... My mate takes me to hospital where I try and kiss a nurse who turns into a girl I knew... WEIRD SHIT BEYOND BELIEF ... This lasts a good 4 hours. I am then not so deranged... What was this> Can shrooms look like weed? Can it be laced with something? ANY IDEAS AS I AM CLUELESS......
 
You can eat hash but how would you not be able to tell the difference between weed and hash? A fungus looks a lot different than a flower, I don't think any mushrooms look like weed.
 
Did it smell like incense? Opium? My friends were "hash" at a music festival and it was opium. Good shit ;)
 
"What did I take" threads are not allowed. Without test results or at least a sample to see in person, nobody is gonna be able to tell you much of anything.

You can't just eat hash anymore than you can just eat weed.
 
PCP's always a funny possibility. It also lasts 4 to 6 hours, which fits just nice! Wouldn't be the first time weed's laced with a bit of angel dust.

I agree that phencyclidine (PCP) may very well be a possibility and fits in with the time-frame.
However the effects you describe (Nurse changing into other girl, Moon into headlights, etc.) seem to fit in more with the deliriants like Datura and Belladonna.

The deliriants however usually last a lot longer (10 - 18 hours)

Just be thankful that you didn't end up in the hospital or in jail. You probably will never know exactly what it was.
 
^^ Yup. Without wanting to derail the thread (which will probably get closed for obvious reasons), it would be good the lay the "can't eat hash" myth once and for all. I've eaten all types of hash for the last 30 years, and depending on the strength of the stuff, it is correspondingly powerful - more so than smoking IMO. I rarely heat it to carboxylate it - never found the need. You do have to make sure you have a fairly empty stomach, and it does take a good hour to come on. But for me it's a great, long-lasting experience.

But eating Grass seems to be a whole different thing. Must be to do with us only having one stomach ;)
