You might want to consider making a protein and fruit smoothie, I used to do this when I took PV. It's easy to get down, and has all the calories and nutrients you didn't get while you were binging on PV.
Also, Nitra/diazepam are your friends when it comes to PV. I wouldn't use zolpidem, just because the weird, delirious effects aren't like to blend well with a PV comedown.
