Got ahold of two 8mg dilaudids.. snorted one feeling pretty good not nodding but im feeling fine. is 16 mg too much.. i have a decent tolerance in my opinion and i absolutely will not iv.. also sidenote im new to bluelight so sorry if i sound stupid.

These type of new dosing questions belong in Basic Drug Discussion (BDD).
Check out the Opioid Conversion chart located in the BDD threads of note and linked in my signature. The First Time Dosing Thread also found there might be usefull as well. Regardless saying you have a "decent" tolerance is not accurate enough for anyone to give you meaningful advice besides 'start slow and work your way up'.

1 - Be aware if you need an urgent response that BL isn't an emergency response service!
2 - We can't possibly tell you unless we know exactly what your tolerance is ("decent" could mean anything really..) and what else you have consumed today in the way of downers (alcohol and benzos mainly)
3 - If you are feeling "nice" i certainly wouldn't double your dose, going up in much smaller amounts would be a lot more sensible
4 - Have a look at the opioid conversion chart in my sig, as amapola said, to give you an idea what your hydromorphone tolerance is.
