Need a fast answer on Morphine Sulfate pills...

Ok, so I came across a few Morphine Sulfate SR pills... they are the 30mg ones. The pills are the purple/red M30's from the same company that makes the M30 oxycodone pills.

I tried to do a little Google-foo before posting here but couldn't find the answer I needed.


I want to snort this bad boys as that's my intake method of choice, but I've been out of the game for the while I heard that some of the newer pills have a "security function" built in to prevent abuse and if you snort them they will gel in your nose and become uselsss.


Does anyone know if these are OK to snort, or would I get more bang for my buck if I just ate them?
