Heroin Nausea/vomiting ~3-4 hours after last shot

Hey, sorry to make another thread, but I shot for the first time tonight around 11:30, and took 2 more shots, one at 12:30 and another at 1:30. Everything was going swimmingly until about 15 minutes ago; severe nausea followed by throwing up (only once). I've read about people getting sick when they first shoot up, however I haven't heard of it happening hours after. I'm starting to come down, but should I have any reason to worry about this? I've been drinking cold water and haven't felt sick since, but I can't help but fear vomiting in my sleep.

you'll be ok. If you had od'ed you'd already be dead.

Might have levels of Noscapine that can be emetic, sometimes said substance is not fully removed during Heroin production.
