The nausea beginners get when trying heroin, will it return to a experienced user if they abstain from the drug for some months and then tries it once again?

It's dose dependent, if you get nausea you are simply doing too much heroin. Try an antihistamine if it happens.

Yes it can happen if you do a high dose when going back. It just depends on the person, and the dose like morphling said.

It has happened to me when going bback and using too much.

for me it never came back regardless of tolerance. I would throw up from oxy and shit when I was younger (like 14-15) but after I got past 30mg without feeling sick I never felt sick from opiates again.

It varies, but definitely possible. I went years (daily use) before developing nausea from opiates. If it was bad before and your tolerance goes down, it could very well come back when you use again.

I didn't use for 2 weeks and I threw up after my first hit. Depends on the person I guess. But The above poster is right Dramamine is wonderful for that.
