Cocaine Nausea after hitting crack pipe

Hi crew .. I'm an opiate addict but once every week or two I'll buy a dub and smoke crack for a day or two .. never happened before but the last few times , I get very nauseous immediately to the point that I almost barf. then it subsides after a few min . Any ideas why this only recently would start ?

Maybe you're taking too big of hits? Also, any other symptoms alongside the nausea, chest pain or pain elsewhere? Lightheadedness?

Hey, that's weird. Never heard of crack causing nausea like that. Could be a few things - maybe your tolerance is changing, or you're getting a different cut of crack that's affecting you differently. Or maybe it's just a coincidence and something else is causing the nausea.

Are you using crack on top of opioids? That always enhanced the opioid nausea for me. So did a lot of other drugs, and cigarettes.

Thanks y'all....yea always use with opiates but again tonight super nauseous.. maybe I'm smoking to.much. I've always been told after initial hit ,there's no reason to smoke.more but i usually keep smoking it all but ths nausea starts from the first hit..

Are you getting a bell ringer? It could be the crack is more potent but nausea after taking a hit isn't uncommon. It's usually a sign you're taking too big a hit. Try smoking less and see what happens.

Many of the smack/crack heads around my way would guage the quality of the crack by how nauseous it made them feel. Not a desirable effect in my opinion, and one which thankfully, I never suffered.

I'm on the campsite of it being too strong or too big of a hit. My misses had same problem.

Yeah, like if with any other consumable somebody said, 'this is great quality, it made me super sick!', people'd think you were a few sardines short of a tin.

crack gives me nausea either if i smoke alot in one sitting, take too big of a hit, burn the crack too fast or much (harsher hit usually leads to me yacking lol) or if i mix it with opioids, especially when im injecting them.
also when im drunk its way worse, i dont like that combo tho tbh

Can't comment much on the nausea but crack is very taxing on your cardio-vascular system so if this keeps reoccurring maybe it would be good to get a check up at your doctor. Especially the heart, etc.

Also I learned from a reputable crackhead that its best to wait at least an hour in between hits. That keeps the tolerance development somewhat at bay and you can have a longer session. It requires some self control but it can be done. It's not the worst idea to try to maintain a degree of self control anyway when messing with crack.
