Natural ways to lower cholesterol

If not yet in diet already Green Tea, better yet the White or Matcha. As these top the chart and are low in Fluor which is beneficial for people that also have thyroid problems. In which case a.f.a. my knowledge goes Green Tea is dis-advised.

When going for the Tea preparation check how to prepare correctly as ECGC [?], is not really heat stable cold brew in acidic environment its most stable condition. [correct or fill in where needed relying on maybe outdated info] Maybe a cold brew Kombucha. Perfect condition for protecting the essential s in it. And adds a whole range of other benefits. Probably has Cholesterol lowering capacity on it s own.

Spinach and Mushrooms are Protein !!!
Fresh stir fried ... 🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃 use a lot as it shrinks + :shrooms: =Mmmm.
Though the leaves go well raw in smoothies as well very versatile. And easy to grow to

Shrooms also show great health benefits, for the OP is it really a full on Protein source never looked at them that way. Loved to make Burgers from them along Oat s. Both are high in BetaGlucans. Next time gonna add Spinach too. Experimental the oats should absorb the excessive fluid s. Hopefully.

The evidence that omega-3s or other polyunsaturated fats broadly suppress steroidogenesis or damage endocrine function in humans is weak and inconsistent.

Would you care to elaborate on this? I'd be interested in seeing your well reasoned explanation of why polyunsaturated fats don't impact steroidogenesis nor endocrine function.
