Natural: Cannabis, but if that's too common, it's the psilocybe species
Semi-Synthetic: Bayer's good ol' Heroin. Gotta remember their trademark name.
Synthetic: MDMA (RIP Mr Shulgin, for rediscovering a novel chemical)

You can make it using ergotamine from ergot fungi or even lsa if you want to go roundabout.
