Hey there, firstly a non-addicted opiate user will not develop physical addiction regardless of exercise or not. If the opiate doses are spread apart throughout weeks/months, then you will not be addicted.
If you are asking whether or not natural endorphins will slow down the potential of becoming addicted, in my experience, no. I have exercised almost my entire life, so I can not compare to how I would have withdrawn if I had not exercised. But with daily vigourous exercise, alot of the times, depending on timing, both day and night, five - seven times a week, I would still develop addiction and I would still withdraw.
Although I have never vomited or had blasting diareaha or wanting to climb the walls. My main problems were sore bones and headaches along with chills. Maybe the natural endorphins reduced the severity of my symptoms come to think of it, because I did have a massive habit of daily dosing and I always quit CT, but I have nothing to compare to.
But even if you exercise vigoursly, you will still get addicted and you WILL still withdraw.
