I'd add mad dog skull cap (scutellaria lateriflora) but generally you've got a good mix. On my experiance, tea (or extract) is the best way to get a long effect but for panic attacts or anger issues I'd suggest the same thing as for insomnia; Tea (or extract) plus vaporizing (or smoking) the plant or extract. It works wonder. I recently bought some Valerian,passion flower and skullcap and made an extract wich was equal to 3x, he took 1g oral and vaped 200mg with some cannabis and the ''high'' overcame the cannabis for like 20 mins and it felt just like 1mg of lorazepam. Effects slowed down quickly tho he said. I still had a long and smooth anxiolytic high with a great peak at the beginning. (I have quite a tolerance to cannabis and didnt vape alot, 120mg. so that is probably why the natural benzos overcame weed for the peak)
