Welcome back man! That's a mighty big list you got there. I would say I can sympathise with you, but I'd be lying because I don't have insomnia so I don't know exactly how you feel... lol. All the cool kids are bipolar with BPD PTSD and anxiety. 60 days clean too? good for you man. You planning on keeping that up?
 
Well out of that 60 days clean 45 or so were spent locked in a ward lol. Another 5ish in the intensive care unit at another hospital where they decided i needed to be put in the P ward...

But yeah i'm going to keep clean as long as I can manage. But Zopiclone is a shitty drug for sleep compared to my old concoction of benzos so I'm not sure how long I can stay free of benzo's... Trying my best though.

Yeah we're definitely the cool kids ;)

Being prone to the manic side of Bipolar it's kinda fun, but then the depressive side did make me deliberately OD.
