but im at my parents, my mom didnt dive up to our apt to clean it if thats what your thinkin, i wish. i cleaned up myself tho this mornin a little bit

I got a letter from Ayer District Court yesterday which told me to appear on Sept 14th for a hearing which would determine whether or not criminal possession charges would be brought against me for possession of hash.

What the fuck?!

PS: I also had different strains in different jars. Officer simply asked me why everything was in different containers and I responded "they are different types and I want to keep them separate". No furthur questions asked.

EDIT: I did not have a scale in the car, and there were two people in the vehicle. Only the driver was ticketed.

Oh I will be bringing a friendly lawyer with me, and I will take their asses to town. I have it from the mass.gov website that hash and hash oil are supposed to be prosecuted under the decrim law. AND! I have already paid a fine for possession!

The law they are trying to apply to me is designed for heroin ("marihuana" is in the title of the law...no where in the text of it).

I have spoken with people involved in marijuana activism, NONE of them have heard of this happening before. I found myself one asshole cop. I kind of want to make a big stink out of this. I'm not a happy camper, at ALL.

ESPECIALLY! considering it wasn't my hash, it was my buddies >_<

I will give you folks a full run down once the dust has settled.


I am still seriously doubting the legality of the search of my vehicle. Oooooh boy am I burned up over this.

It's possible that they (Boxborough, MA) wants to hit me with both a $100 ticket and up to a $1000 fine (along with the first misdemeanor on my record) to make some cash. It's just such a dastardly move that I want to doubt that motive out of hope for any remaining human decency. I'm thinking that the cops I ran into wanted to fuck with a long-haired kid and are trying to flex their power to the maximum extent. I think this because the person listed as the one alleging complaint against me is the very same police offer who searched my vehicle. Maybe it's a little bit of both.

Haven't been around much lately since this site is a big trigger for me to use, and my H use lately has been way too high. Miss the site, though. Don't know how I feel about the new format, but I'm sure that it was as good as we could get.

i wish they were just parking tickets, would make my life so much easier. my dad seems to think if i cant come up with all of the money by my court date then i'm going to go to jail for a bit... which means if he's right i'm def going to jail for a bit. a dimesack of weed that wasnt even mine is costing me $1095, a $30 bong is costing me the same. SC is broke as shit and doing everything in their power to make money (other than accepting government handouts for education, because the backwoods fuckwit tea partiers in charge of the state are functionally retarded). i wish i could hit up the bitch, but it's getting harder and harder lately. my dad revoked any driving priviledges i had, so im not allowed to drive any vehicle in his name... which is all the ones here. most of my friends dont have cars, the ones that do aren't allowed to use them atm. i been walking a lot lately. hitchhiked home both of the last two nights.
 
SO my detox starts in 3 hours. I had 200mg diazepam, 40mg estazolam a bottle of wine and two 12.5mg ambien to celebrate. I wasn't even that bent, got 3 hours sleep... I felt one final binge was necessary
 
I know, i know. And i'll come out on a heavy whack of suboxone and weaned from benzo's. Not such a bad thing.. Hopefully get my medication situation sorted too. Zyprexa is not the drug for me.
