Nano Thermite found by multiple scientists in WTC dust, peer reviewed reports surface

I seriously wish we could get away from terminology like "illegal war." It's ironic that the same people who sit around and derive entire realities out of a great high school reading book by George Orwell are the ones who will be 100% responsible for newspeak's global proliferation.

I was watching CSPAN live when Brad Sherman made that announcement (the only tv I watch anymore). I'll never forget it. It's amazing that people still trust our government so unquestioningly after such an announcement. Of course, soon before that came out, the army times announced that the bloodiest combat brigade from Iraq would be deployed to the "homeland" (a term which the Nazis often used) and was trained in the use of non lethal weapons for civil unrest and crowd control under NORTHCOM. This is the army times official publication saying this! Kind of adds a little legitimacy to that threat, don't you think?

This is completely true and really adds fuel to the "conspiracy" fire.

Well of course - it's the only way to actually talk about the subject at hand. I'm not going to sit here and say "Heuristic, you're an idiot because of a, b, and c" or "Heuristic, your <insert word from online thesaurus> makes you seem a bit <insert word from online thesaurus>," because then I wouldn't learn anything from you.

However, your earlier statements with regard to the internet magically making the SEC and money laundering an uncrackable safe or at least exceedingly difficult is only partially correct. I only know this, and I can say this on the board without getting anyone in trouble, that I have a family member with a net worth (not counting monthly income of close to $60k for sitting on his ass) of about $50,000,000-$70,000,000. He is more than 75 years old and has been this wealthy for a very, very long time. I'm not saying that he's a money launderer, but I know indirectly how these things work - and if there is a will there is a way. By this I really mean that if someone has that much money then there is a way. Like most people in my family, he has a sinister bend that has been there since he first took Billy's sack lunch at age 5, and is anti anything that seeks to take a nickel out of his pocket. And he's worth nothing compared to a lot of people out there who are half his age. A lot of people -- check the numbers for yourself, and you will be amazed.

I've thought a lot about how to answer this question over the past day or so: I can't go into specifics simply because I don't know - and neither does he. He just has a lot of money. Too much for the FDIC to insure and too much of a pain in the ass to bother with dealing with personally for him, because he did not go to Harvard and study financial derivatives and international finance. He moved from Sicily (not connected here or back home to any group of bad guys; if he was, he might have grown up with a water heater as a kid) and didn't graduate high school. All I know is that he keeps getting richer because small foreign countries full of hard-working lawyers and financiers educated in the finest schools here and in Europe or Singapore send him private jets and take him to their foreign lands and roll out the red carpet so that he may tour their financial institutions.

Keep in mind that that is a relatively middle-class millionaire. The tricks he may or may not use are not the best tricks in the book because those are reserved for more powerful/wealthy people, and he may have been looked at funny by a rogue agent here or there, but nothing has come of it and sure as the sun will rise tomorrow nothing ever will. My point is that there are a ton of people with his net worth more or less and a vast network of people around the world who will bust their asses just for a piece of however many of these types of guys they can gain the trust of.

So I believe you are wrong about government agencies being able to build real cases against people who surpass a certain level of wealth, regardless of technology, and once again keep in mind that this member of my family would have to take out a second mortgage to even talk to the people the next level up the food chain have access to. I should add that if you do draw attention to your money in the United States and you are involved in something unethical or illegal (same thing once it hits the headlines) that is primarily based in the United States then you are betting against the house, which is why I partially agree with you.

While I really appreciate your shit-talking, the fact is that I have read the documents which prove to me that homeland security has been set up not for use against foreign terrorists trying to blow up planes, but for us. For me. We are the terrorists now.

Boy Scouts training to be junior Homeland Security officers! Isn't that cute!

http://www.nytimes.com/2009/05/14/us/14explorers.html

Meanwhile, DHS says in internal documents that the huge numbers of US citizens buying guns right now, faster than at any time in history as well as veterans returning from combat are their PRIMARY CONCERN, not Islamic jihadists...

Let's read the first sentence of this NY Times article together, shall we?

"IMPERIAL, Calif. — Ten minutes into arrant mayhem in this town near the Mexican border, and the gunman, a disgruntled Iraq war veteran, has already taken out two people, one slumped in his desk, the other covered in blood on the floor."

If you read their internal documents, like the Virginia Domestic Terrorism Threat Assessment and Missouri Information Analysis Center reports, put out by federal government organizations like FUSION centers (their motto: "Federal, state, local, private") with the intent of integrating local police with DHS and federal authority in general. They keep talking about these kids being trained as Border Patrol, but this scenario has nothing to do with securing the border. It just happens to take place in a border town. Also, see the discussion about "college gunmen" and other situations that have nothing to do with securing the border. The constitution doesn't apply 100 miles in from the border, at least as far as searches go! Definitely some cruel and unusual punishment going on too...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ZqNb4gx1Ss

Just Border Patrol doing their job as they see fit! And by the way, I have been following this man's resistance to the unconstitutional warrantless suspicionless checkpoints for nearly a year before this event happened.

Do you think any of this would be going on without the (requisite) catastrophic, catalyzing events of September 11th?

Also, does anyone want to talk about the reacted thermite evidence? I'm referring to those microscopic iron spheres which could only have formed in a liquid state. Reacted as well as unreacted material was found, and not in negligible amounts as some have suggested. Based on estimates I can only assume are relatively accurate, sourced from (6 I think) different locations and calculated using the ratio of thermitic material to non-thermitic material found in the dust samples, a handful of tons of it would have been present..

Ah, bollocks.

"Everything is fine. Everything is fine. Everything is fine."

Enjoy the police state Rach and Heur, you apologists.

go to a gun store, dude. people are buying guns at a record pace because they thing a black man who was born in kenya, and educated in a jihadist school in indonesia is going to kick down their doors and send them to reeducation camps.

These are not the people with the most informed political perspectives.

Wow. You sound almost like Garafalo! Make it about race, insult some people and keep moving, huh? Make a broad, offensive generalization about gun owners and hope that shit sticks!

Guns are one of the few things keeping us from sliding very quickly into the type of hell that the UK has become... I'm not even going to get into that. But keep your comments coming because they're really helping to illustrate the type of mindless tactics your kind use to attempt to discredit a legitimate movement or response.

Notice how when commenting about how some people think that the virus was made in a lab, implied that everyone who believed that (though she was referring specifically to an Indonesian health minister [not the only officials who are suspicious]) also believed that it was the work of "THE JEWS." So typical. I see no difference in your approach.

Wanna know why people are buying guns? Because Obama is for gun control, and his attorney general wanted to ban all semiautomatic weapons and handguns. And his chief of staff says that if you're on the no fly list (to be put on that list requires no warrant, no judge, no jury, no appeal, nothing) you won't be allowed to own a gun. The huge wave of record gun sales is a response to statements made by Obama and those in his administration ("GOOGLE: COMMON SENSE GUN CONTROL LAWS" I.E. ASSAULT WEAPONS BAN.) Tell me that's not true! Go ahead! Keep those straw men coming!

Go fuck yourself. I don't live where garafalo does. I went shooting at a range a week ago where I got an earfull of that. The obama poster on the wall (with bullet holes in it reads "our #1 salesman". Not every gun owner believes that, but the ones buying assault rifles before they're banned again are. There are plenty of reactionaries out there creating a skewed statistic that you're all too willing to twist to your needs in an arguement. I'm just setting you straight. I have a feeling I'm better acquainted with sportsmen, and people who own guns for lawful reasons than you are. I'm also fairly certain that I know more cooky conservatives than you, since I live about half a mile from the bar that sole the curious george obama shirt.

As for the "obama's not American" debate-- I've had it 3 times this week with underinformed folks.

once again-- go fuck yourself.
Guns are one of the few things keeping us from sliding very quickly into the type of hell that the UK has become... I'm not even going to get into that.
I'm pretty sure you just did-- and that's the same drive-by shit you just hyperventilated over me doing. 8(

But keep your comments coming because they're really helping to illustrate the type of mindless tactics your kind use to attempt to discredit a legitimate movement or response.
Yes, my comments are the ones that illustrate mindless tactics not shit like "martial law, blood in the streets" or "depleted uranium". You're a priceless.

First of all, you misread her. She's speaking specifically about Siti Fadilah Supari. She makes no statements about anybody else. Second, the ridiculous idea that the Jews engineered diseases has been seriously floated around the muslim world-- of which Indonesia, and notably, Supari, is a part.

As for the two of us being like peas in a pod. I would gladly share her company rather than yours.

Wanna know why people are buying guns? Because Obama is for gun control, and his attorney general wanted to ban all semiautomatic weapons and handguns.

And yet, one can still buy guns. Gun lovers are overreacting once again-- and its motivated by a deep distrust of liberalism that gets tinted with bigotry and xenophobia. If you can't accept that, then your own judgement is too clouded to bother speaking to you.

And his chief of staff says that if you're on the no fly list (to be put on that list requires no warrant, no judge, no jury, no appeal, nothing) you won't be allowed to own a gun.

Citation plz, and also, when exactly did the chief of staff assume the role of chief excutive?

http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalradar/2008/02/obama-common-se.html

there's the second link in a google search for "COMMON SENSE GUN LAWS". Seems pretty low key to me. Maybe you're delirious.

I never said anything about Obama not being an American. Somebody's got a chip on their shoulder... Yikes... Perhaps you are the delirious one?

Calling people in the alternative news/truth movement anti semites is nothing new. It's a tactic used in these internal domestic terrorism documents as well. The loose change debate with popular mechanics on Dem. Now is another good examples. There are more, and the implication made on the colbert report is much more broad, in my opinon, than you believe it to be. Seeing it over and over and over again makes me weary of any JEW comments from the MSM. This show was for the US, not Indonesian audience. Who was she addressing her interview to?

Obama said that one of the common sense gun control laws he believes in IS the assault weapons ban.

At least one bill has been introduced since Obama was elected that would have, if passed, restricted firearm sales to ertain individuals based on mental health background (again aimed at vets [PTSD]). Eric Holder was publicly for the ban of essentially all guns. Nothing to worry about, everything is fine! Oh, and the military was going to stop sales of spent brass to ammo manufacturers but it caused such a big stink that apparently they changed their tune. There is an article in THE SHOOTIST about it. I'm not going to spoon feed you that one either.

Rahm Emanuel 's comments were made in front of an audience, on video. Try looking for yourself.

And finally, our Constitutional rights are important. Whoever would threaten them is an enemy of the Constitution, and therefore the country itself. Again, this is not about race or that silly bullshit your team against mine democrat/republican game. You can play that card all you want, but this is about freedom, and the last resort of the people against a tyrannical and out of control government. It's not about sport or hunting, as much as Obama or Holder would like to frame it that way.

As far as blood in the streets go, I'm just bringing it back up for the people with their fingers in their ears. It's not like I made the shit up.

And the depleted uranium comment was in reference to the LONG TERM effects, positive or negative or the Iraq War. Someone implied that I was full of shit for claiming to know one way or another. Well I know for god damn sure that depleted uranium has a long half life, and will be emitting cancer and birth defect causing radiation for countless generations. It was a relevant comment.

So since I don't agree that the gun issue is about petty bickering between the red and blue team or about niggers and crackers, but instead about having the means to defend our lives and livelihood against those enemies who would seek to deprive us of either, foreign AND domestic, I guess that means my judgment is clouded and you don't have to talk to me any more.

Bye bye!

No, try sourcing your posts, its your job when you make a claim, not mine-- and once again, try explaining how the chief of staff's comments become policy.

Calling people in the alternative news/truth movement anti semites is nothing new.
People who believe swine flu is engineered by scientists in some lab are fucking unhinged dolts. The only alternative in it is the alternative to rational thinking.

There are more, and the implication made on the colbert report is much more broad, in my opinon, than you believe it to be.

The comment was made by a guest, regarding a single individual. You supplied the rest.

Seeing it over and over and over again makes me weary of any JEW comments from the MSM.
Its a comedy show, hardly the main stream media, which typically describes American network news, the times, the post, and the journal.

Obama said that one of the common sense gun control laws he believes in IS the assault weapons ban.

Its common sense because those weapons are purchased, aggregated, and shipped to foreign countries like mexico where they destabilize governments and shed gallons of innocent blood. Not only is allowing that process to continue immoral, it is dangerous.

What's more-- its not like 20,000 shooting enthusiasts with assault rifles are ever going to fend off the united states military is the dire predictions of the whackjobs you place so much faith in ever come to pass.

(again aimed at vets [PTSD]).

Bullshit. Its aimed at any person who's mental state makes firearm ownership a public nuisance. I challenge you to substantiate that with anything more than speculation and innuendo.

Eric Holder was publicly for the ban of essentially all guns.

So are many other Americans (of which I am not one). Eric Holder is entitled to Eric holder's personal opinions. I sincerely doubt he would ever advance any ideas like that to the president.

Bush was opposed to all abortions, so were most of the people in his DOJ... yet abortions are still available.... even after a trajicomical 8 years in office. Guns and their control really are just a wedge issue to fire up conservative voters who never have to deal with the realities of unlawful gun use in their rural and suburban neighborhoods. You're the pawn, not me.

Oh, and the military was going to stop sales of spent brass to ammo manufacturers but it caused such a big stink that apparently they changed their tune. There is an article in THE SHOOTIST about it. I'm not going to spoon feed you that one either.

1) Non sequitur
2) Am I supposed to feel shocked... is the sky falling or something?

And finally, our Constitutional rights are important.

Your constitutional rights are open to limitation and interpretation, whether you ackgnowledge this or not. They always have been, they always will be.

Whoever would threaten them is an enemy of the Constitution, and therefore the country itself.

I know this is just going to be used as evidence of just how far gone I am, but I find your political philosophy farcical.

Again, this is not about race or that silly bullshit your team against mine democrat/republican game.
I don't think you understand who exactly are buying all these extra guns.

You can play that card all you want, but this is about freedom, and the last resort of the people against a tyrannical and out of control government.
Spare me the jeremiad, please. its only "playing a card" because you received it as such.

It's not about sport or hunting, as much as Obama or Holder would like to frame it that way.

Defense is a legitimate reason to own a gun. Obama skirts this by only pursuing people who sell and use guns used for illegitimate purposes (crimes). Everything else beyond that is your own paranoid.

What is the point of even getting upset about what the government is doing on the surface for all the sheeple, anyway. I'm sure you understand that the shadow government that's been in power since the end of WW2 doesn't give a shit about your constitutional rights. 8(

i see capitalism and nationalism are exempted. :\

The only other criticisms I will offer are the following:

1) Like it or not, corporate interests have been calling ANY demands by labor-- organized or not-- "class warfare" for over 100 years. This includes demands like a 40 hour work week, pensions, safe working conditions, child labor laws, and legal recourse in cases of wrongful termination.

2) "Race hatred" sounds to contemporary ears like majority white infringement of the civil rights of minority black citizens. However, at the time of the cartoon's creation, it could be applied more readily to reinforce de facto segregation-- MLK discusses this beautifully in his Letter from a Birmingham Jail Cell. It was his position-- and history bears him out on this-- that civil rights could not wait for a better time.

3) The ultimate goal of the American System seems to be maximization of GDP in the form of consumer purchasing power. This cartoon predates environmentalism but I'm confident it would couch it as primitivism or regressionism had it the foresight. Particular criticisms here are too numerous and obvious (to me, anyway) to mention. I do, however, have faith in the market system to correct these problems, as a market has been created for their correction.

Ultimately, this cartoon reinforces the status quo in the face of Soviet ascendancy (or, perceived ascendancy, anyway). Its essentially trickle down economics that urge people to look to the health of private enterprise to correct the problems of the day, rather than to address them through governance. This seems wrong-headed to me, as the private individual has no say in the affairs of a private enterprise, but an equal say in the affairs of the state.

A final comment-- It doesn't really matter what the prefix for the ism being sold is, though i could venture a guess. That's just a label for what is in actuality "legislation that restrains the conduct of some, for the benefit of all." That is the ambition and effect of all legislation that isn't budgetary. Its what makes this cartoon timeless, as it can be applied any time. Its also what makes it incorrect.

Just look at your comments on assault weapons! Do you even know what type of weapons it covers? This is not military hardware, but semi auto rifles. You're not worth my time. If someone else wants to ask me a question or to provide a source for a claim, I'll be happy to.
