So I found out about the Alzheimer drug Namenda a couple weeks ago and just recently got my order in for it. It is a NDMA antognist just like DXM but it has no effect on cognition and has actually been clinically proven to have a modest positive effect on ADD users when taken alone. It is not controlled but there is no generic in the US so it will be expensive if you don't have insurance.
If you don't have insurance or don't want to ask for a script your best off buying the indian generic versions which are widely available on the net (india allows generics much sooner than US).
Admenta from Sun Pharma and Namecip from Cipla are the two biggest ones. I got Namecip from Cipla and its pretty darn good. Was only $0.50 a tablet.
I'm not 100% sure about it with opioids but according to Wikipedia it also reduces opioid tolerance.
This medication is simply a godsend. I've only been on it for a couple of days but from what I've heard it can reverse the tolerance of even long term addicts. DXM has been proven to prevent tolerance but has never really reversed it.
I recommend that anyone taking amphetamines or opioid should take this medication, not only because it will make your high better but for the sake of your own long-term health.
