Heroin Name the cut

Hello fellow SWIMmers!

So recently I got some bags, and I cannot figure out what the hell they've done with the dope.
I'd say the quality is about a 6/10, looks like a white, slightly grey powder. What's bothering me is when I stir it up with water, it becomes this sickly grey, almost black, cloudy solution. Anyone have a thought as to what they're adding to it?
