Helppppp!!!If I was clean for 10 days 5 with no subs and I'm waiting for my vivatrol shot in a week but relapsed I'm not sick but I have it in my system can I take naltrexone to get ready for my shot , I have opiates in my system but I'm not dope sick can I take any naltrexone !??!!??
