Naloxone in NYC?

Is there any place in NYC that distributes Naloxone? If so, is it available for free or at cost?

I know that there is an exception for sourcing of harm prevention materials and Naloxone is not a scheduled substance either way.

I've read online that there are two needle exchanges that "give out naloxone" but I'm not going to go there just to leave empty handed.

Washington Heights CORNER project Needle Exchange.

Don't know the address or phone number, haven't been there in a while. It's obviously in Washington Heights right off 176th I think. When I was going there they were going to distribute Narcan out to people but you had to take a short class first about it. Check it out. This was over a year ago, so I am sure they are doing it on a consistent basis now unless something went screwy. Best Needle Exchange in NYC/NJ hands down.
