her love, her king
waiting to greet her
the taste of its watery sweetness
bringing her home
enveloping her with its seaweed
the leafy tangle wrapping around her body
kissing her
the lights from accross the river
laughing at her, her naive attempt
to escape the dirt that usually surrounded her
clinging to her body like a disease
a disease that would eat her untill only her eyes remained
eyes left to see everyone leaving
