Misc NA sent a letter to my house??

I have no clue where to post this, so if a mod should see it, please let me know where I should've put it.

Last week in the mail my spouse found a letter addressed to them, not me, from Narcotics anonymous... the name was handwritten, and had a flyer about calling if someone you know is abusing narcotics. Spouse kept the letter, it's in the desk. WTF?

How on earth would anyone know to write my spouse? My use is VERY secret; spouse only knows about the Rx I have for legitimate pain, not how much I take, or what I also use. No one but this board has any idea of my private life.

I realized I have ordered kratom twice online...someone could've gotten my address, would they really have dug around to find out my spouse's name though??

Has this ever happened to anyone else? I'm confused and worried spouse'll start digging around too much now.

Don't sweat it could be a promotional thing threw a hospital.
Id stick that krantnom in the envelope. They always after me krantlycharms. I use to get collect calls from people in jail asking me bout drugs lol.

the kratom is cleverly hidden (well I think it is lol). I dunno man...it's freaking me that he kept the letter. I really didn't suspect anyone here, just thinking somehow someone hacked in maybe? I guess worst case is I get clean lol...
