N2O in the Netherlands ?!

I live in the Netherlands and I've been wondering for some time where to buy n2o cartridges or something like that, it seems that they arent available at all. The only option seems to be buying whipcream and trying to fill a baloon with that. I tried to do so, but I dont think it's enough gas, or not sufficient pressure to get a good trip from a baloon.
So, my question: Has anyone from Holland managed to aquire nitrous in whippits/crackers or whatever they are called?

You could order some cartridges online, although I'm not sure if the common sites like www.1percent.com ship to the Netherlands. I'm sure if you search around you can find a place that ships out there. By the way, if you're going with the whip cream cans from the supermarket (which is a waste of money!) there is no need to load it into a balloon first. Just get a can, make sure you don't shake it up, unless you want a mouthful of whipcream, and inhale straight from the nozzle. The nitrous won't be freezing cold, but you'll only get about half as much as you would from a single cartridge, that's why it's a waste of money in my opinion.
 
By the way, a cracker is the device you use to crack the charger, hence the name cracker. The decent ones are metal or brass and won't break after 10 balloons like the cheap plastic ones. I've had a brass cracker for a couple of years and I've probably used 500 cartridges between me and my friends over the years and it still works, although the pin is starting to dull.
The nitrous cartridge itself is commenly called "bulbs" or "whippits" or just "chargers". Hope that cleared things up.

From what I could find it's relly just like anywhere else - if you buy under the pretens (SP!) that yer using them for a LEGIT PURPOSE yo umight be able to get them, if not, go to a head shop... but c'mon, you live in The Netherlands and you can't find WHIPPITS?
I know of a 100% confirmed online sounrce thats ses the ISI brand whippitss for $11 each - I just hsd 4 boxes arrive.. NO, DON'T ASK ME FOR THE SOURCE BECAUSE I WONT GIVE IT TO YOU - SEARCH THE ALL MIGHTY INTERWEB THING..
 
Yep, just had 5 boxes w/24 each of ISI chargers come in. 11.99 per box, but the shipping was a little expensive. I wound up paying around 70 bucks due to shipping, (9lbs package). It's well worth it though, much better than paying 9.00 for a 10 pack at Williams-Sonoma. I plan on selling a box or two to a friend, so I'll probably charge him 18 bucks a box, still a lot cheaper than buying them locally.
Does anyone know how long a brass cracker is good for? I've had the same one for almost 2 years I'd guess, and it's probably been through 500 whippets, including friends borrowing it, etc. The pin is starting to get a little dull, but it works, just have to screw it a little tighter these days...

What the fuck. Why does everyone else seem to get this amazing lifetime out of their crackers while every one I get seems to go bad after about 2 boxes (yes even nice aluminum ones) and the damn pin is crammed up in there near to unsharpenable.
 
I bought another one just to be safe. It's kind've handy having 2 crackers on hand. Now I can fill 2 balloon's easily. The older one still works, it just has to be screwed on a little tighter. It's always better to have backup available, nothing is worse than having an ample amount of chargers but nothing to crack them with!
I think what wears out a cracker fast is when you tighten it too much when charging a balloon. I tighten it up just enough to pierce the charger then slowly unscrew it to inflate the balloon. I've seen friends crank the thing as tight as possible, and I believe this what dulls the pin much faster than normal.
