5:10am - 11mg dose taken, empty stomach.

5:40am - Take a pre-workout mix, which include 150mg of caffeine and other amino-acids, b-vitamins and minerals.

6:00am - clear sympathomimetic effects, more so given the standard pre exercise regime and pre workout mix. Mildly anxiogenic, adrenergic. Some push. Couldn’t differentiate from 10mg d-amphetamines. Some dry mouth, no mydriasis.

7:20am - same effects. Clear head. Not as clear as say d-amphetamine. Heart rate good, not elevated. Bp possibly slightly elevated, both manageable. less jangly than d-amph. Prefer to d-amph? Possibly. Should compare to d-meth.

8:40am - no real change in the last hour, decreased effects. Let’s chase with 15mg to see where it takes things. Take with food for slower absorption.

9:30am - feeling something coming up. Again more sympathomimetic, some parasympathomimetic. Good, nice feeling. But yes, very adrenergic.Maybe placebo? BPM same resting, 80bpm… very very slightly elevated. Sweating increased.

10:52am - Stimulation still not that much more powerful. Baseline BPM now at 85bpm. Feeling pretty normal. Some clear indications of stimulation but very light. EJ longer than usual, likely useful for intimate encounters, but quite emotional flattening effect.

12:00pm - Some effects? Possible. Decreased sweat. BPM now back to 70bpm, which is my standard when resting. There does seem to be a headache. But nothing out of the ordinary that could be attributed to the dose taken.

2:00pm - Lunch with wife. Conversation easy, though a little overly nervous. Strange effects of focus shifting to specific sounds, such as the fan. Not pleasant. No feeling of “liking”, no feeling of “wanting”. In this way, it’s quite different to d-amph. Let’s see how it plays out. But still absolutely effective.

5:00pm still background effects.

7:00pm pretty much out.

SUMMARY
I see why people wouldn't go above the 20mg+ mark. Just nothing seemed to be there of any benefit than say 10mg.
There you go, an interesting stimulant. Probably useful if you have narcolepsy, or need to drive a very long distance overnight. More effective than coffee. Maybe on par with d-amphetamine. Nothing special and for someone just experimenting. I don’t see any reason to do this again. Was not really that interesting doing sport with. No benefit in performance output or perceived experience. Strangely anxiogenic.

Still want to compare this to d-meth at the same dose. But I expect it to be nearly identical.

Repeat? Maybe, 10mg if I need to stay awake as a sniper during World War III and I don't have anything better.
