Mystery substance 3-meo-pcp?

I ordered from what appeared to be a reputable vendor 1 gram of MXE as well as half a gram of 3-meo-pcp. The mxe was of high quality but the other substance received did not appear of perform as 3-meo-pcp, it was off white almost brown in appearence. Did not solute to water and appears inactive upon testing with various ROAs. I was hoping maybe someone could help
me in figuring out what this mystery compound is.

Only way for you to find out waht it is, is by sending it in for lab analysis.

As already mentioned, substance ID is not allowed on BL. I suggest that you simply ask for a refund or replacement of the 500mg.
