Ok. I know this was stupid of me but I took a pill today and I don't know what it was. Some girl told me to take it. It was pinkish orange in color and the size of Advil. It had a M on the front and 751 on back. The girl said she thought it was birth control but she wasn't sure. Somebody tell me what that was.
