I live in a small town so I have no choice in the opiates I can get. At the moment all I can get is 50mcg mylan fentanyl patches. My tolerance is in the middle range. So I have been cutting them in half and putting then in my cheek and under my tongue, seems to work, is there a better way?

Stop using fent now. I know it will suck with the withdrawl but alot of people have overdosed and died from it even people who have a large tolerance to opiates like heroin, oxy, etc. it's not designed to be cut open or taken orally and you do risk overdosing and dying this way.

There are many ways to use this particular product. None of them are particularly good.
