Mylan 25mcg/hr qeustion

I've been searching around and really haven't found what I was looking for. To catch a good buzz, I usually take 85mg of hydrocodone, and I sometimes do that 3x a day. Theres some Mylan patches floating around. From what I've read, the best way to take them is to put it between your gum and cheek, like a wad of chew? Also, what would be a good starting dose, half a patch(12.5mcg)? I'm not sure if I'm going to do this yet, jusr trying to get some info, thanks in advance

12.5mcg is the smallest patch they make, if i were you and you must do this.... Cut it into 6 or 8 equal size pieces and do what you said. Gauge how you are feeling and go from there.

Fentanyl is dangerous as fuck and I find the high sucks too. It also causes migraines. If you do use it have a friend present, so if you do Od they can get you medical attention and tell the dr what you were on.
