Technical Problem My username no longer works!

Help! This is really P0kemama. I kept getting the error message that I used up my 5 log on attempts and to wait 15 minutes and try again. Well, for over two hours, I did wait at least 15 minutes, and then tried to log on to no avail. I continued to get the message that I need to wait 15 minutes and try to log on again, as either my username or password were incorrect.

I gave up and made this new account so that I can contact you for help. Please try to get my regular username working again. P0kemama.

if you have an issue with your username/password (e.g. you have forgotten your username and/or password or you are having trouble logging in) you can reset your account by completing the following form:

http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/login.php?do=lostpw

you must enter the email address that you originally used to create your account. your account details will be forwarded to that address.

if you don't know that email address or no longer have access to it, then (for obvious security reasons) we unfortunately can't help you.
