Any little thing sets me off, and from there, I have punched holes in doors, broken plenty of things, rammed a car(I was driving) into a hard pile of snow and ice (which damaged the car pretty badly). This happens almost daily, and I'm so angry and shaky all the time. I usually wish death on whoever I was talking to last. My teeth are clattering (like a far lighter version of an amphetamine comedown) and I get really clumsy, bumping into things and dropping them.

This is pretty recent. It happened about a week after I got off of Prozac. Even if it is because of the Prozac, I'd sooner die then go back on it. The Prozac didn't do anything and made it very hard to ejaculate when masturbating.

I used to be a very angry young man. I too had holes in every apt and room. I found a therapist that after a few months started making a huge difference in my life. I fixed my place and it cost allot of dough, after paying a friend who does drywall to fix the walls it changed me, as I felt super embarrassed. After paying all that dough and it was done for a fraction, it made me not want to mess them up. Eventually if you don't end up in jail or the street, you get sick of your things being broke.

I had to "cold turkey" paxil, it sucked and after thinking about it for a minute it was shortly after that I started getting rage.

There are other anti-depressants other than prozac which might not give you side effects. Often it's trial and error with anti-depressant medication.
Have you ever tried Anger management? It might be worth looking into.
Do you know what exactly causes your anger? Or where it comes from?
