If only we could get out of this anxiety. This fucking grip that zones us; keeps us in place. I hate it,
I must defeat it. I must be better than what they tell me I can be. The thoughts.... they're not mine?

Can someon e enter their stretch to achieve higher things and drop their potential to their credential?.... if ya know what I'm saying!

Not exactly sure what you mean.

Your mind is like a boxer. You don't need to be born with huge muscles to win a fight. You don't need a mensa IQ to be exceptional.

i think that meditation is a great way to deal with that
there is always so much moving around within or outside of us
the more time i spend standing still while being aware of my subtle movement the more in control of myself i can feel
the better i get at balancing myself on the outside the better i get at balancing myself on the inside
the more off balance i get the less in control i feel
the more time i get practicing this, the easier it become to integrate it into other activity
the more integrated into my daily life it become the greater my potential becomes and the easier it becomes to reach my goal, feel happy and be healthy on a psycho-emotional level and on a physical level since stress influence your immune system but also because the more in control i feel the more i train and the better i eat

our potential is un-bound, but it is "wound"...and with ones esteem seen tinted with a palate of disbelief - the danger-Zone is then a comfort-Zone, and we drive ourselves down with in a machine of denial, fueled by misplaced grief.

if only everyone could read minds. then wed never have to worry if the other is plotting against us.

After hitting rock bottom 3 times in my lifetime on separate occasions in completely new living environments, I learned that "thinking outside the box" is what gets you ahead in the least amount of time.
Being "inside the box"is what makes you sheep.

I know what you're saying. We are trapped in these limited and torturous thoughts. We must free ourselves :)

Realities possibilities are limitless, and since we are a product of reality, so are our own possibilities. Anything is possible. But we are our own worst enemy, locked inside our minds. It's our unbound thoughts that prevent us from achieving our full potential.
