My meth turned orange!

Wierd! I just found some meth i bought about 6 months or so ago. It was stored in a sealed little baggie stored flat in an envelope at the bottom of a drawer. Forgot i had it.
When i first bought it, it was a dull / pale yellow colour but now it's a bright orange.
Should i throw it away? Would it have lost any potency? (When i first had it, it was decent and tested as meth.)

Hmmm, I bought some meth a couple of weeks ago that was dull orange. It definitely wasn't lacking in potency, but I would still love to know why it was orange.

The only thing I can think of offhand is iron oxide (i.e., rust) - maybe some contamination from makeshift steel lab equipment. I wouldn't worry about it, since the FDA has approved the stuff as a food additive *g*

It's probably just oxidization from the cut in the meth combined with humidity. It was in a dark place for a long time in a bag so its bound to happen. Probably still good, just not as potent...
