My mail was torn up a few days after ordering, should I be worried?

Recently I made an online purchase using onions, I've been checking my mail everyday to see if it has arrived since it's been marked shipped. Today I checked my mail and didn't receive my order, however some of my mail was torn up, I don't know if it was an accident by the Post office or if people are looking for something. Currently I'm not too worried about it but should I be? Back when I ordered a lot I never got caught so I don't know what grounds they would be looking on, still regardless I feel violated that my mail was opened, is there anything I can do about this?
 
It's the post office so no, there isn't much you can do if you feel violated. Hopefully, you will get your package but if you don't, you will know that's the reason your mail was messed with. We don't handle legal queries so I have to close this.
