well as I said in another post I call the ddu and told I MISSED IT turnsout i never and it was thier misstake. Bye bye. no 8mg sub. got dome methadone and fine felt norm. then it ran out. I missed my apointment wd was so bad SO abit furter I rattled AND i MEAN.. ratttled

All fri (good fri) sat sun and mon was in bed take diazapam and gbl to sleep through it and tue I scored aand bout 90ml left.

Subutex is good for some but barely stops me using.even 16 n 24mg i spend (MOD NOTE CAN I MENTION PTICE)
avtoday after my mdone i went to shops with my.sis and in general I never go out.I have loads of tracks

So I am uk any advice what to say as I would like too I used to be on meth 40mg i nevercould get upped

40mg (back in y 2011) would hold me 24hr
last script 8mg 2 dayS
script before say aug 16mg (abit better at craves but blocker seens the same

I have no experience with methadone, sub. Valium and other benzos, withdrawals, etc. I would talk to a doctor or a medical professional. Good luck. I hope you can get sober or off of your drug(s) of choice that you abuse.
