My friend was drugged

Just spent the night with my friend in the hospital who appears to have been drugged by some guy(s) buying her drinks. She was vomiting nonstop (not like someone who had a few too many drinks, pukes, and sleeps). Tox screen came back with nothing but alcohol but the tox screens are bullshit - they essentially rule out amphetamines, coke, marijuana, but nothing like GHB or anything will show up.

I'm exhausted but a friend of mine and I have been taking care of her and I have to go to work soon... I'm not sure what my goal here is posting this but I'm just tired, disgusted, and freaked out and I wasnt sure what to do...

So weird that a tox screen wouldn't check for GHB, you'd think that would be the exact thing they would be looking for.

That's why people use GHB - it's far more difficult and expensive to test for and nearly untraceable.

This happens more than you might imagine. There are dubious people out there waiting for an opportunity to take advantage of unsuspecting victims. Was she in a club setting with strangers around? Tell her in the future to never leave her drinks unattended, better yet only drink with trustworthy friends. I hope she's alright now!
