Got to try this thing out the other weekend, its pretty similar to a DMT pen. It tasted a lot like DMT, but not nearly as bad and pretty easy on the lungs overall. I was already on ~10mg oral dose from a couple hours prior, but it definitely kicked the buzz up

Is this a thing yet? Or is this sort of a first? Anyone tried this?
 
Well, 2C-B has given me nosebleeds, so that's a hard pass from me. But Josie Kinz ages ago posted about how vaping 2C-B is something everyone should try at least once. But again: not comfortable in putting that in my lungs. It stings enough when I put it in my butt.
 
Are they using freebase 2-cb? I've never seen that on the market. I did see an ad for 2-cb vape pen the other day and my 1st instinct is it was a scam, then i searched 2-cb vape pen and found a post here about them. Can I just throw 2-cb in my oil pen with donut atomizer? I have no desire to either boof or snort this stuff, but oral seems like it takes a large dose. I'm skeptical yet interested in vaping it...
 
This seems really dangerous because of the latency of the effect you can easily overdose... Personally I won't touch that!
 
An old friend of mine would sandwich 2C-B in his weed and smoke it like DMT. I didn't want to vaporize any halogens though, so I opted not to try. He claimed the trip was unique, perhaps more spiritually valuable than oral/intranasal administration but also claimed that it felt much more inarticulable.

@Dr.Methyl I'm curious about the latency of effect difference you pointed out, I find insufflated 2C-B to come on essentially instantaneously, so is the idea that using a possibly faster RoA generally inadvisable? I found insufflated 5-MeO-DiPT to hit incredibly quickly, but it felt even faster vaporized for example.

Yeah I'm definitely familiar with how caustic this stuff is, but in the vape it wasn't at all, like I said it was a very mild DMT-like taste. Far less harsh or offensive than even a DMT pen

I'll ask, it definitely wasn't purchased anywhere, it was made by a friend of a friend. I don't think this is so simple as smoking/vaping straight 2c-b HCL or whatever. The person who made it definitely knows their stuff, though I don't know them personally

In this regard, I don't think so, it was very controlled. One rip was like 5mg and came on quite quickly. You could certainly go overboard, but same as you could snort/eat far too much powder

It's suspended in "juice", just the same way as I assume the DMT vape carts are and carefully titrated. We're not loading powder up into any sort of rig or device

can you expand on this about vaping halogens? Definitely want to know about this. I imagine its freebase, these are pretty knowledgeable psychonauts, hell they might have been on this forum at some point lol

As far as ROA, it was quite nice, you get the fast effect without needing to writhe in pain from snorting it, and like I mentioned, the taste wasn't bad at all, much more pleasant than a DMT pen.

I'm not sure I'm following y'all on why this ROA would somehow be more overdosey than any other method? Seems just the same as smoking/vaping anything, it comes on quick. But so does snorting it, not sure the timing difference between snorting and vaping is really relevant. In any case, you'd need to take a ton of rips to overdose on it, I'm not even sure the entire cartridge has enough to overdose someone? It's carefully titrated and suspended in "juice". Unless you all mean "overdose" in the sense of overdoing-your-dose, per se

What I do find odd is how it tasted like DMT, I wasn't expecting that. I figured it would taste similar to how it... tastes as it does, whether you're gumming it or its dripping from your nose; just an awful chemical taste

You're not going to easily overdose on 2cb unless you're just talking about tripping too hard. It's so hard to dissolve I doubt you could fit a toxic dose in a vape chamber. If there is such a thing, yet to be determined I believe.

I would be quite worried about what it might be doing to my lungs though given what it does to my nose. Still quite curious though.

I've seen scattered reports on Reddit of people doing this going a few years back. Pretty sure I've seen reports of people vaping 4-subs in the same way too. Either dissolved in something like PG or neat in a dab pen.
