Hi everyone , I need tiny advice or at least to know that ill be ok.

I started using MD 4 months ago, I was taking it every end of the month 300+mg within 7 hours.

Right, I'm 21, 64kg, 175 cm. Male.
Graphic Designer and Photographer.

Las Saturday I was in Slimlight ( London / Angel ) first time to an alternative rave night which was totally empty. My fried has some MD on him and invited me to go. So I did.

We insufflated each 1 gram ( 3 lines , madafaqink massive ones ) with every 1 hour brakes. The last line was a brown MD and was so Freaking strong got me right there :(((( ( was an amazing moment, my smily face turned into a grumpy one but happy ha!). Ended up kissing a 46 year old woman ( god know how ) and than got back home.

Felt so amazing the next day, didn't had a come down or anything like that.

Ok second part, you might be asking why my brain hurts???

This Friday I went to Fabric ( London ) to a drum n bass night (Playaz were playing , amaze!!)

I inssuflated one line of MD at home, than dropped one bomb in the tube, dropped another one after 2 hours in the club, dropped a halft after 2 hours and another half after 30 min before the club was closing. ( 1 sniff & 3 bombs)

I felt perfect guys, no comedown again was totally fine. But the very next morning my brain did hurt a bit, and bought some 5-htp . Took one and after some 20-30 min I felt fine. Even though last month I took MD I was crying and could control my mood because of the lake of serotonin.

But now it the 3rd day, I'm taking 2 tablets a day and helps me abit but my brain feels like its been fried , hot on the edges. Or basically Leonidas from spare is jumping towards me and piercing his spear into my brain ( happens sometimes )

So should I continue takin the 5-htp, should I do anything else than vitamin C and experience ?

Will I die ? Will I lose my creative ?

Happy rolling guys

Tolerance is mostly caused by down-regulated 5-ht receptors.. taking 5-htp will not help that.. it will probably, in fact, slow it down.

Vitamins are always good to take ;)

Will you die? Sure.. but it won't be because of this. You'll be fine.. give yourself time to heal and you'll return back to your regular self.

you could take a fist full of 5-htp every day and still never ward off building a tolerance if you are blowing a gram each time you roll. moderation is the only way to stop feeling this way. you need a long break and to stop abusing MDMA. even if you take long breaks...if you are railling grams each time it is still abusing.

What u mean by slow it down ?

He basically means that taking 5-HTP might reduce your natural serotonin production as you're brain compensates to the external 5-HTP you wouldn't usually have. Its extremely unlikely that this would happen from taking 5-HTP for a few days to ease the hangover, however, if you took 5-HTP regularly for a long time it might happen. But even then its not common - don't worry about it.

You need to drastically reduce your dosage more than anything - have a read of the 'Six Simple Rules to MDMA' thread posted by Struttergear up top in the stickies. IF your MDMA is unaldulterated (which is quite likely in England atm) you shouldn't need more than 250mg of MDMA to have a mind-blowing time. Tolerance is not a bad thing - it can help you realise that you're over-doing it whether this is dosage or frequency, in this instance it could be both.

With MDMA it appears to be quite eratic in terms of side effects. Some users report no comedowns/hangover post-usage and infact a pleasant 'afterglow, whereas others report horrible bouts of depression, anxiety, brain-fog etc post-use. You appear to have experienced both first-hand and in order to minimize the potential negative effects you should moderate your usage and drastically reduce your dosage.

The symptoms you're experiencing are quite common and will subside with time. Exercise can be a great, natural aid for brain recovery - try going for a long, strenuous jog. The harder you work the better you should feel after. A healthy diet may also help to reduce your symptoms. You might feel less creative now but its just a hangover, with time you should be back to your old self.

Stop doing lines of mdma man, i've done a few but they don't last nearly as long. And also that shit instantly damages your nose, and kills your sense of smell. Just drop it
