Benzos My Benzo Tolerance is mental...

So I'm on Etiozlam daily (2 2mgs each 6 hours) to keep my alcohol withdrawals at bay. Though I have missed a dose in a day and only felt some anxiety so it's more of a mental thing with Etiozs. So don't think it's an extreme tolerance/addiction as I never excess 4mgs a day. So of course I have a benzo cross tolerance. 10mg diazepam doesn't do anything to me, 20 not much. I had to take 80mgs slowly upping the dose to feel it. I got anxious and had a panic attack on speed because I took modifilan earlier in the morning which I forgot I took (my bad).
What would be my typical valium dose giving my 5-6 month of Etiozlam? It started at 0.5mg twice a day, then 1mg twice and now it's two. Not sure if this is normal for benzos but 6 months of use the tolerance has only built up slowly and not very quick but as I said. Sadly cross tolerance is imminent...

Also as an example I can take 2.5mg of xanax and be perfectly chilled out, but not blackout instantly and be "fucked" pardon the language. I've tried finding a way of calculating it but have come up short. Any links guys or any tips? Cheers

Nice one, I'm going to slowly adjust them so I can come off them and have missed doses and had no WD. But I'm highly unsure of when they will come in with Etiozlam. But it should be noticed while on stims I've taken multiple drops of liquid xanax, say 0.5 to 1mgs every two or so hours to get rid of some anxiety. And I didn't passout straight away, I did eventually.... both times.
Worth the amphetamine high though lol, I blame the GBL.
