RIOT, RIOT, RIOT, RIOT

with a fucking toaster fucking jump into a pool!

RIOT, RIOT, RIOT, RIOT

if you fucking do this then you will be punx and cool!

casualties unreleased studio version lyrics of riot no doubt.

op for some upbeat shit try extreme noise terror, napalm death and maybe a little disrupt. heavy shit id recommend catch 22 or streetlight manifesto.

Catch 22 and Streetlight are good for excercise if you like sca-core, I do:)

I've felt my masculinity being questioned in harsh environments (jail, in front of sister). I like Madonna.

Really?

I have got to say, I don't understand the music in the gym thing. If anything, music distracts me...

that works if you work out in a home gym (you can get in some crazy concentrated states without music and just your head to listen to.

but in big gyms where they play some lame ass R&B shit it doesn't work out so well.

I listen to the same.

Ditto, anything with a good fast beat for cardio. Anything else and I will either just continue with the techno/trance/house/electronica or on the rare occasion I will switch over to some good arena/arena-like metal.

Listen to some good old Happy Hardcore. I listen to that every time I'm on my way to a rave. Or when I'm doing exercise. OMG that music makes you so happy.

dj venom gets my heart rate up to like 180 or 190 seriously lol

i couldnt work out without my hardcore techno

pantera, cannibal corpse, deicide, dying fetus, hatebreed, full blown chaos, etc etc

i only listen to pissed of shit when i'm working out. i want to be angry so i push myself harder. (i do full body weights every other day and an hour of cardio every day.)

Booka shades live set from creamfields (i think its a BBC essential mix) has been my soundtrack for the last few weeks

Daft punk, soulwax, 2manydjs sets, certain Shpongle tracks, deadmau5, chemical brothers (esp. live sets)

My fitness instructors always had Power Music, mostly remixed top 40 pop/hip hop/RnB but the songs are blended together so you don't hear pauses in between songs and keep a steady house beat with no breakdowns which always motivated me to stay moving on a consistent rhythm... look up Power Music, Aerobic Music, Fitness Music..........
