mushroom kits in the uk

i am looking at getting a kit in the next week or so & i have 2 questions.

1) Is it as simple as empty the spor syringe & leave them to grow?

2) what would people say are the most powerfull mushrooms out there? (personally for me i rate liberty caps the best mushrooms by far, but saying that i've only ever done 2 types which were liberty caps from wales & the philosopher's stone truffles which imo were totally crap on the hulgin scale i was a +1 & after several trips i never got above a +2, but on liberty caps i got to a very strong +3.)

search youtube for info on growkits. there are TONS of videos of showing how to use the grow kits. pretty interesting watch, even if you dont plan on buying the kits.

oh, and does anyone know if the kits and spores or whatever is legal in the states, like if you bought them seperately or anything.

and are they reuseable, or do you only get one batch from each kit?
