I'm assuming an admin closed it because they found it disrespectful. Murple raised some points that I think need to be discussed, and it is pretty fucking Nazi-like to see it has been closed.

I will move it back when I feel the timing is appropriate. For now I have deemed it to be INAPPROPRIATE.
Many people on this board know Dave very well, and do not appreciate the fact that some who do not care for Dave have chosen to use the events of late as a soapbox. There will be plenty of time to reflect on this AFTER it is over... but for right now, there is just too much that is unknown to be making commentary and/or judgements.
