What would the release rate per hour be for an mscontin 15 mg tab? Would it be a steady 1.45 mg per hour (or something like that), or does it release at a different than hourly rate?

Like any mass process- it'll be limited by the diffusion equation- basically, it's exponential. More in the begining, less towards the end- definitely not linear
