I have actually used that process many times with that med but I personally always add approx 5 ml rather than1. It makes it not so thick and gives you a little more to work with when inserting it rectally. That being said, as long as it is not so thick that you cannot push it through your syringe it is ok to use like that. I would just add a little more water and you are good to go!
