MS Contin or Lortab?

I'm 56 and have been on OxyContin(80mg.'s 3x's a day),after that I was on 150mcg.'s Fentanyl,now I'm on 30mg.'s MS Contin 3x's a day,but I don't get off on it..I think I can get Lortabs-what do you think?MS Contin does nothing for my torn rotator-cuff problem.
