Just kinda typing this out to get it straight in my head.... I have been on a bunch of x roxis a month plus a bunch of x dilaudid 8 mg per month for severe migraines and 7 ruptured discs in my back. Last month SUCKED pain wise and I ran out of everything 13 days early. PANIC

My doc freaked me out because she went back and looked, and it seemed like I have run out early every month for some reason or another. but, because she actually understands pain, she said that this was an indication that we needed to do something different.....

Now I am taking 3 60 mg MS Contins per day plus a maximum of 4 roxis per day and cut out the dilaudid.

I was freaked at first because threads on here made it seem like MScontin sucks, but honestly, I like it. It chills me out, makes me feel even all, instead of going up and down on the oxy all day. I couldn't find it on any old threads ... Does anyone know how to break the time release on the MS contin?..

I have a very high tolerance.... I can take up to 210 mgs of oxy in a day plus 16 mgs of dilaudid, so I think it would be alright...

Hey man I just wanted to tell you that I get a bunch of 30's and a bunch of ms 30's a month. I also have a big tolerance and can also easily do upwards of 200 mg of oxycodone a day. I also read on here that ms-contin sucked and was only good iv etc. I also find myself running out of my blues early and those ms make all the difference. I partially think that one of the reasons is that I have just become very tolerant to oxycodone and because I have been doing it for over 3 years now it just doesn't work anywhere close to how it used too and it seems to wear off after 2 hours. I also find that the ms contin keeps me alot more as you say even feeling and even seems to last longer than the oxycodone. I also read on here that ms was pretty much worthless if you snort it. Well I get the watson abg brand and I just suck off the coating and crush up the pill finely and snort. I don't ever have any problems with them gelling in my nose and they actually seem to work better than orally for me. I have also just sucked off the coating and chewed up the pill which seems to work but I don't feel it as strong as when I snort one. Also I spent alot of time trying to figure out how to iv the ms and the method I use is cold water (i tryed salt after seeing it here didn't make a difference) about 2 cc's per 30mg ms-contin. I simply add the water stir it around quickly and drop a cotton within about 30 seconds of adding the water. If your not quick the pill will gel. After that your left with some white gooey shit in the spoon I guess thats the wax and the binders and stuff in the pill. Anyways I get a real nice clean clear looking bitter tasting solution when I do it that way and my girl says it feels the same as when she used to cook the 100mg morphine pills back in the day.

They are correct for me MS contin lasts longer than oxycontin but MS contin at higher doses 200-300+mg its very sedating more so than oxycontin so use caution... the most MS contin I ever popped was around 200 mg and was high that day and the next day...%)

To break the timed release formula you must crush the pill into a powder and then parachute the contents...

Hey guys, please refrain from listing your exact prescriptions on here, as it creates targets for scamming/ sourcing/ robbing/ stalking. If you re-read the Other Drugs Guidelines, you will notice that this is one of them.

Thanks, muvolution, I did not think about that, but it makes sense. Sorry not to have read the guidelines.

Thanks everyone else for the feedback.... It is hard to figure this shit out, blue light has been invaluable to me....

it's all good. Definitely a mistake I made as a greenlighter, and one of our more overlooked guidelines. I edited your posts for you.

Pain Management is incredibly personal and everyone will react to different meds differently. Dilaudid is the tits for me, but I know plenty who don't like it, and don't even get high on it. For me, OC is totally bunk, and others love it. It is all about finding something that works for you.
