MPH and Ethanol Co-Administration

Would concurrent ingestion of methylphenidate and ethanol lead to the production of MeOH? As a byproduct of ethylphenidate formation, that is.
 
Yeah, though I'm not sure how much ethylphenidate you can get to form like that. It's pretty extensively metabolised anyway, mostly by ester hydrolysis, which also releases methanol. Maybe the concentration of methanol would increase a bit quicker with ethanol than without, but it's probably nothing to worry about, the amount is going to be tiny anyway.
