i just moved to sc, i had no idea the clinics here start you on 20mg dose of methadone and its very difficult to go up, since i already did the tar i bought with me, i dont know what the fuck to do, i cant go back to the one clinic i got kicked out for raising hell that 20mg of methadone doesnt help someone who did a 3pa a day habit, i also just had knee surgery from snapping my leg in half playing roller derby, i feel like shit, and if methadone is this difficult to get a high enough dose to help me withdrawl the er would probably turn me away or strap me down
