Just making this if it is a nod to anyone doing similar today..
It’s Mother’s Day in the UK and will be spending the day with my mother. Our relationship is a strange one for sure.
I love her but visiting her is triggering. Sadly can’t afford my therapy atm so will have to deal with it on my own.
Hope everyone is okay out there. It’s weird but I had the choice to not go but the guilt and shame would be worse if I hadn’t gone.
