i still like fogi is a bastard or fogi es en salaud or whatever the fuck even though my boyfriend throughout the whole thing just went "oh cliche heroin generic rock band predictable oh gross gay secks". i mean. i think i have an issue. he wanted me to watch 2001 maniacs after that and got pissed i was bored and looking at the wall and i was like "yeah i get it. rednecks. pseudo porn. TnA. blood. tits and gore. forever. how interesting". and that was a fight. but then also sometimes he gets me to watch shitty horror like scanner cop which is just amusing.

But i just finished watching Trance, new film from Danny Boyle. And my mind is in pieces right now.. it's been a long time since ive watched a psychological thriller which has just blown me away from it's shear depth of complexity and layers..

Event Horizon tripped me the fuck out

This was probably the only horror movie I watched multiple times. Unless the alien movies are horror.

The whole inter dimensional travel of it by black hole/singularity, to "hell", was creepy, like Doom.

I'd say Upstream Color is strange/weird.

Nothing else quite like it. El Topo is pretty neat too.

I watched Holy Mountain yesterday on 2 hits of LSD it was awesome. And totally fucked up I am adding my vote for that one. I am not even going to watch it unless I am tripping. Like Pink Floyd the Wall I only watch it that on acid its pretty fucked too. I wouldn't watch Begotten on LSD at all but that's probably weirdest thing I ever saw, not in an enjoyable way though just scary.
