Most Potent Benzodiazepine?

I reiterate - look at the patents or look at journals. If you want to know with a reasonable degree of accuracy, you look at peer-reviewed, published data.

Putting something into your body on the strength of people on a BBS is not really a very reliable way of staying healthy. Even then, benzodiazepines are prescription drugs for a good reason.

I think 4-6 times the potency of midazolam, while also being water soluble, wins the potency game. I have used triazolam sublingually at a 0.25mg dosage, and was not impressed by its intensity and would compare it to 1mg of midazolam IV'd.

There are probably more non-commercially available benzodiazepines which are more potent, but I'm not sure if there are to be quite honest.
 
I heard that guy killed several people with that stuff.

He was actually boasting to me about it almost like higher number = good.
 
Based on binging affinity to BZP receptor (GABA allosteric position), it's the most potent that Midazolam and Triazolam, both have 0.4 nM Ki. However Midazolam is too hydrophilic to absorb and penetrate BBB well, so it seems to be not so potent as Triazolam. Brotizolam and Clonazepam, following to them. And, it's important that the most potent does not mean, not only that, it's no relation to the efficacy or "feeling". Pharmaceuticals are all created for the most effective to treat target diseases, and considering this point, I think that Flunitrazepam and Alprazolam are very potent, and it's the reason why they cause wide-spread abuse/misuse problem. Similar thing can be seen in Temazepam.

Yes, it seems to be that in the US Alprazolam is the most abused, and I have a quite significant article about this. In the U.S. most articles define Alprazolam is equivalent to 5 mg Diazepam on 0.25 or .0.5 mg, whereas it is 0.8 mg here. And there's no problem of abuse Alprazolam in my country. This might suggest that the reaction to Alprazolam should be different extensively by the races, and in Asian countries it's the most widely is Etizolam and Nimetazepam, both illegal in most Asian countries but not here and some organisation called Yakuza assume this as source of money making.
 
i stuck 1mg of kpin under my tongue and blacked out within minutes. i dont even remember going to sleep. i usually just eat them, but letting them dissolve is pretty potent

I just noticed yesterday how strong Lorazepam is at taking away any urge to drink. It makes me hallucinate sometimes. It is VERY sedating I know a guy on 8mgs a day. I cant even imagine that. Its like a lamer but less side effects version of Clonazepam for me. Luckily I get to go talk to my doctor about it and see what he says this shits not cool.
 
I'm not sure about this one but I suspect injectable Versed only found in hospitals. As somone also pointed out above--the .5 lives can not be discounted

I've been checking out some of these GABAa inverse agonists (flumazenil being the most well known) and the only real modification to the standard benzo skeleton is that the little dangling phenyl group is replaced with a ketone functional group, and subsequently the nitrogen right next to it doesn't have the double bond coming from the left. Check out the structures of L-655,708 and PWZ-029. Their selectivity could translate into potency if they were reconfigured back to the benzo core.
 
The most potent by mass would be triazolam. I personally benefit from even oxazepam, but some people don't like benzos at all. I think they're great if you suffer from anxiety - any benzodiazepine derivative.

Flumanezil is used to treat benzodiazepine overdose as an antagonist if I'm not mistaken. I had a nice response typed out but I'm on a fucking iPad and it erases when I scroll up or down.

Are u you saying triazolams based on it's small dosage prescribed? I'm on 8mg alprazolam desoxsyn during day to stay alert and come down for sleep 4-6 triazolams started last month, amytryptyline for sleep, and carisoprodol. I was on flurazepam and TEMAZEPAM separately before but with everything else and the triazolams doesn't touch flurazepam which I believe has antagonist properties as well but not to the scale of flumazenil. I have SEVERE PTSD AND INSOMNIA. The doctor thinks now or last visitbi might have a rare or quasi rare form of narcolepsy and put me on Xyrem. I don't know how I feel about it..off topic anyways I also take several other pharms all scripted during daytime. People in the US are so ignorant no offense to any one or posts about benzos because well we don't have socialized medicine and do have an over bearingband money hungry FDA AND DEA.

also i would like to edit I forgot about another substance Phenazepam. I have used phenazzies in powder and pill form iv/insuf/oral/rectal. IV was forgettable however due to the Benzos having a very high BA orally. This was at a STS9 show on the 09 maybe 10 I know it was in Noleans, LA though. I traded some Bupe and blow for and eight ball of Phenazzie. I of course tried the substance on the street in a car NOLA is a wild place i usually ty to skip over it on tour.

PHENAZEPAM worked very well exceeding my expectations. It truely is a very almost empathogenic high, great body high imo better than Temmazle Dazzles. It was marketed as a valium fluff or shRDS (my skeptisim was unreal but it worked fine)but thats what my pal showed me that Phenazepam was the "powder valium they use in Russia under a diff name because their economy could not afford to buy tablet forms of pills". Murph the lead guitarist, during the after party thought I had mixed heroin or k with molly. Note: we were using a variety of drugs
